I love the challenge of a story of a history of a place that has deep meaning for another that I can translate into a visual presentation. In this case, the Languedoc landscape made an impression that was lasting from up close to the horizon and beyond. Although this was a commission, I in turn fell in love with the landscape of the Languedoc. I made it my own.
